Aashi Adani – UNFILTERED, UNSTOPPABLE & ON OUR NOVEMBER DIGITAL COVER

aashi adani

There’s a kind of energy Aashi Adani carries — the kind that doesn’t sit still, doesn’t stay quiet, and certainly doesn’t settle. It’s the same spark that drove her, as a child, to dance her heart out in every studio her parents signed her up for… and the same spark that today has her lifting heavy, creating content, and inspiring thousands of young women to embrace wellness on their own terms.

When we sat down for this conversation, it was clear: Aashi Adani isn’t just another creator in the fitness-fashion space — she’s someone who lives her truth in real time.

She admits she never had a single “aha” moment that pushed her into fitness; it was always there, woven into her life. Growing up with boundless energy, dance was her first love. But as she began creating content, she searched for another outlet — something that challenged her body and mind. That’s when strength training arrived, and everything clicked.

“There’s something so satisfying about lifting heavy,” she tells me, eyes lit up, “Not just how it shapes your body, but how it changes the way you see yourself. You feel strong. You feel unstoppable.”

That word — unstoppable — seems to follow her around.

Balancing wellness, fashion, beauty, and the pressures of social media would break many, but authenticity is her anchor. When she was diagnosed with PCOS recently, she didn’t hide it behind perfectly filtered content — she shared her diet struggles, her frustration, her journey.

“I show things exactly as they are,” she says simply. And that honesty is what her audience connects to — not just her gym sessions, but the days she can’t stick to 10k steps, the moments she’s still figuring it out.

She laughs when I ask her for her secret ritual — the kind of thing people expect glossy influencers to have hidden. Her answer is refreshingly simple:

“Movement. Just movement. Gym, steps, an hour of activity — I feel the difference every single time.”

Perhaps the most moving part of our conversation was when she spoke about self-image. Despite being active her whole life, PCOS weight gain hit her hard — emotionally more than physically.

“It felt unfair,” she says, not hiding the vulnerability. “I was doing everything right. So why was this happening to me?”

But instead of shrinking back, she leaned in — asking questions, talking to friends, realizing that even the most confident women around her were fighting unseen battles.

Her message to young women is powerful, and I felt it long after our interview ended:

“We’re so harsh on ourselves. Think of your best friend — you’d never speak to her the way you speak to yourself. So give yourself that same kindness. That same pep talk. You deserve it.”

Looking ahead, Aashi wants to open up more — not just sharing beauty and style, but the vulnerable side of her fitness journey. The struggles. The sweat. The victories no one sees.

She wants her platform to be not just aspirational — but human.

As we wrapped up, I realized something: Aashi isn’t trying to be perfect. She’s trying to be real. And that, more than anything, is what makes her a force in today’s content space.

For our November cover, we couldn’t think of anyone better.

Because Aashi Adani is not just lifting weights.
She’s lifting women with her.
