Ms. Namita Nayyar

Being in the glamour and modeling industry for over two decades, what is your biggest takeaway from it? What piece of advice you would like to share for new upcoming talents?

Ms. Aditi Govitrikar

Look after yourself- self-care is the most important thing. With crazy schedules/ flight timings/ shoot timings health can go for a toss. Learn to be disciplined and make sure you are nourished and hydrated. Make time for exercise and meditation. Keep in touch with your family and friends.

I reduced the quantity of food I ate. This is because the metabolism slows down so one doesn’t need as much food as one needs earlier. I also added supplements to my daily routine.

Ms. Namita Nayyar

Ms. Aditi Govitrikar

I work out thrice a week at least – I do functional training. In addition, I practice meditation every day.
I used to do yoga but have taken a break right now.

Ms. Namita Nayyar

Beauty and wellness secrets you would like to share for your timeless beauty?

Ms. Aditi Govitrikar

Awww, thank you. I make sure I sleep well- at least 7 hours. I make sure to never sleep with makeup on and use sunblock and moisturizer every day.

Ms. Namita Nayyar

Lastly, how would you define “Women Fitness” in your terms?

Ms. Aditi Govitrikar

Fitness is fitness- for a man or for a woman. But as a woman in my forties I am aware of the Hormonal changes and take care of my nutrition accordingly. Regular workouts and supplements are a part of my routine.
