Ms. Namita Nayyar

You have appeared in a music video along with Guru Randhawa, and been part of the Punjab industry as well, How was your experience working there? Do you prefer music videos over acting serials?

Ms. Aditi Sharma

Well, I believe that I want to work no matter what the platform is, or no matter what the source is, I mean, even if it’s a serial, a web or even if it’s a music video, I would like to give my best and I really enjoy acting basically so I think No matter where it is, even if it’s for, ad a short film or whatever it is, I really enjoy doing that and it has been great, fun and Punjabi industry has been beautiful as well. Showering so much. And with a few more releases in the pipeline I think the industry and audience will love that too!

Ms. Namita Nayyar

Besides being an actor you also have a very aesthetic Instagram feed, Share tips for people to get insta perfect pictures

Ms. Aditi Sharma

I try to be myself. I mean, I have to limit somewhere because you have to make sure that people feel nice and good when they see your post we already have a lot of sadness going around because of the pandemic and everything. So I feel just don’t overdo thing even if you’re posing or you doing things I believe that my Instagram is pretty simple and I believe just keep experimenting and see what you are audience loves. And I think, for me now, the audience loves Simplicity and my audience loves me the Way I Am.  They are very accepting for which I’m grateful and just be yourself. I believe if you like to sing just post a video singing or if you like dancing, post your dancing videos. If you love modeling or acting just you know you can post some clips with your family. I would like to see somebody who’s natural like me. I mean in general, in real life, I would like to see a person through their Instagram and not just the superficial World who’s pretending to be somebody else

Ms. Namita Nayyar

“I eat everything.” as said by you.  Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and fitness regimes, do you follow any special diet? Your favorite cheat meals

Ms. Aditi Sharma

I do eat everything. Now it’s been like, two months since I’m controlling and I’m on a kind of diet, but still, I can eat anything except some carbs, but I think it’s good to protect yourself and to evolve and to, improve yourself, every day that is very important. So taking care of yourself, as they say, your body is your temple. Actually, and I believe that I really want to improve myself and achieve my goals. I have to understand what is good for my body. If I’m always having soft drinks and burgers. And, all that junk, my body will definitely retaliate, and definitely Someday that all is going to affect you. Of course, it depends on metabolism and everything, but I think eventually one day or the other, it actually appears on your face or your body. So I think you should eat. Just normal Ghar ka Khanan, Dal, Roti,Sabzi is good to go. I think you don’t need to think a lot that I should not eat Roti, I should not eat this and that but if you want to maintain, you have to follow a healthy diet, avoid the junk, I believe sometimes it’s okay, my favorite cheat meal would be sushi. I’m missing eating sushi.

Ms. Namita Nayyar

What comprises your fitness is regime being an actor & on the move? How many times in a week do you work out? Favorite target areas

Ms.Aditi Sharma

So I think I really want to get into shape and have been trying for few months it takes time. It’s not like in a day or in a month, you will achieve your goal, but eventually, all you have to do is be consistent and I am trying to be consistent I try to work out seven days a week, but a lot of time it happens that, I’m busy or like I got vaccinated. So I couldn’t work out for a week so it’s okay and it’s totally fine. Your body won’t lose. I think four days is more than enough. That’s what my trainer told me. But definitely, you should work out and keep moving. Even if you go for a run, that is good enough. If you don’t have time to work out. So whenever I’m shooting or something I try to go for a run. My favorite Target area is definitely my thighs, I believe I have a heavy lower body but that’s totally fine. I believe like, you know how India is being so adaptive and being so considerate about like, influenced by Western culture, like Kim Kardashian Kylie, all these people have heavy bottoms. I really hope that comes in India, I think it is coming but Definitely, my target area is my lower body and I’m trying to improve it. Get in shape is important. Just work on yourself, you’ll get there.

Ms. Namita Nayyar

You were also recently part of the web series Crashh, how was your experience on the show and playing the role of Kajal, do you think OTT is the future of the entertainment industry

Ms.Aditi Sharma

Crash has been amazing for me. Thank you, Ekta Maam and Balaji, And I really enjoyed shooting for it because it was so different for me. And every actor I suppose every person, in fact, loves doing something different and it was super different for me because it was so real.

I think it was super beautiful, to shoot kajal and it was very, intense and thank you to all the people who loved it and Ott is the future of entertainment. I believe it is booming like anything so I think yes definitely it is but serials and everything is not going anywhere. I mean, people say TV will go but I don’t believe that because there are still people who love watching, serials and they are never going

Ms. Namita Nayyar

With things getting back to normal with precautions, what are your future projects and plans you looking forward to

Ms. Aditi Sharma

I’m hoping that we start shooting soon because I mean I’ve been shortlisted for few projects which were postponed because of this pandemic and things are happening at a very slow pace but things are happening and fingers crossed. I really hope I start shooting soon and yes few music videos are coming out super soon which I shot for lately.

Ms. Namita Nayyar

Lastly, message for Women Fitness readers on prioritizing mental and physical wellness? Tips on mental wellbeing you incorporate in your daily life

Ms. Aditi Sharma

I like to begin my day before sunrise, which means my routine starts with going to bed on time the previous night. Before anything else, I like to start my day with sectional breathing and meditation. If the weather is very cold, I may practice Sukshma Vyayama or gentle joint rotations before that.

I like to follow up my meditation with some non-fiction reading. This is a time when I am in a very calm space and not yet ready for a lot of activity—reading works as a bridge between meditation and the rest of my day.

After that, I begin my physical practice. Yoga is a part of my daily fitness routine. On days when I practice Yoga, I include various Asanas that are a mix of heating and cooling postures. A few times a week, I also like to add some HIIT or free weights for variety. These days my yoga practices are more grounding and restorative.

Ms. Namita Nayyar

Foods you prefer in your Diet? 5 foods you try to keep to a minimum.

Ms. Aditi Sharma

Alright, so I believe women are really strong, I mean, we genuinely handle families. Give birth. And, it’s all like we do it with a swoosh. Like it’s done. I mean, I’ve seen my mom, my Nani my massi my family everybody. We see it. But we need to appreciate every woman, every girl for doing everything for their family being so selfless. All the mothers, all these sisters out there, who is so, so selfless, so caring.

So, more than advising the women, I believe I would like to advise the other readers as well to appreciate their moms, sisters,  female friends, on how Well, they are doing because I believe we go through so much and we deal it with a smile, every one of us, we don’t show it as much as we feel, but know, all the girls, all the women, all the females reading this  I would like to say that just believe in yourself, don’t overthink it, and regarding mental well-being, I think you should just talk it out to your closest friend to your family. If you don’t have anybody to talk to as some people don’t have anybody to talk to just write it out, just write a journal. Maybe on Instagram, like, an anonymous account or something like that, just let it out, don’t hold it inside. Because as much as you will hold it inside, that will really burden you that will go on for long and, that can cause depression and a lot of other bad things because of your overthinking. So I think you should just let it out. Try to meditate. I know it can be tough for some people but believe that meditation actually helps So yes, mental well-being is very important and it is a serious concern, physical wellness yes, I would just recommend doing according to what your body suggests you but do something. I mean maybe just go for a 45-minute walk. Walk 45-minute workout, HIIT maybe goes hit the gym, go for a run, do yoga, do whatever suits you do Pilates Zumba, dance, any form you like don’t do something which you can’t do for your lifetime, just understand what your interest is. Just make a routine do something every day Look up to that. And just be motivated and stay happy. And I hope everybody reading this is, it’s safe and in a good shape and if you’re not I really hope you get well soon and do well.
