Anuradha you are known as the ace designer in Bollywood, tell us about your journey and when did you realize that fashion was your true calling?
Ms. Anuradha Khurana
I wouldn’t say ace I think I am yet to reach there but yes it feels good that people know me the knowledge for my work and that’s one thing that keeps me going on to work more and more
So if u ask bout my journey so it started 15 yrs back,I wasn’t really sure bout getting into this field coz first new city and secondly, this was altogether a new world and life but then all the people around me insisted to just give a shot and from there I never looked back.

You have worked with/styled various celebrities tell us how you plan the mood board for their looks, which project of yours has been your favorite
Ms. Anuradha Khurana
Yes, I have been working for the past 15yrs now and when you talk about styling celebrities to b honest it’s always the look and feel of the show, every show has a different feel of it.
So we get a brief in the first go then me and my team and start our research on each character, we also look at the background of the show where it’s based so we can keep the feel in mind ..so our job is not only clothes I also look into jewelry, makeup, footwear, etc. My favorite show so far is Naagin I enjoyed every bit of working on that show.
Each day was a challenge coz there were so many known faces and looks ..Naagin is Mouni no one can b a better Naagin than her.
I remember in my last interview I mentioned Karishma Tanna’s entry in Naagin was fun we had given her a very gothic goddess look in which I actually drew all tattoos myself. So our aim is always to give audiences new looks and designs which can be talked about.

With so much trolling and social media judgments, is there any pressure on you when deciding on looks and outfits
Ms. Anuradha Khurana
To be honest, I don’t think so much bout trolling anymore ..coz I feel it’s bout whose wearing and how my idea is to make each one look different and nice. Social media has definitely made people more aware and smart now and in another way, I feel it’s also helped to grow more.
Yes, I do get stressed about making decisions but I think if you are confident then go for it.

Being a mum yourself, what fashion tips you would like to share for moms to keep up with their fashion game?
Ms. Anuradha Khurana
I am myself a mother of two beautiful girls, so for all the mommies there I would just say we all are beautiful and smart just be confident of what you wearing ..just keep in mind your body, when and what occasion you are wearing.

Fashion tips and colors of the season you would like to choose for the festive season upcoming

5 fashion is very generic we make fashion ourselves.
Tips for the festive season are!
- keep in mind colors that are more wearable keeping your occasion and timings in mind
pastels are more day wear. - Pop colors and color blocking is really a trend now go for it ( evening, lounge, coffee dates)
The night is all ours so you know what to wear, black and chic are my thing - Heavy-duty embroidered clothes are not anymore required, simple smart cuts that you can team with beautiful chokers and see how it looks.

How do you manage to keep a balance between your professional and personal life? Tips you would like to share with our readers for the same?
Ms. Anuradha Khurana
Managing work, kids and personal life sometimes becomes very difficult but trust me not impossible
like I do every day it’s just managing time.
I start my day at 5 am every day sending my kids to school cooking 3 different meals for the day and then leaving for work and managing 15-16 tv shows . Like they say if there’s a will there’s a way.

Besides you who do you think has the best taste in fashion in the industry? Lastly, who would you like to style in Bollywood if given a chance?
Ms. Anuradha Khurana:
Deepika Padukone I think I have a crush on her. For that, I have many people who are good with the way they carry themselves. It’s my dream to style Deepika Padukone.
