Namita Nayyar:

You are a multitalented star playing multiple roles of a content producer, creativepreneur, poet, home chef, pranic healer, traveler, restaurateur, and proud mother. Share more about your journey, and how did it all start.

Chloe Qureshi:

I have been a content producer and creativepreneur for the longest time I remember, I began my journey with Balaji Telefilms at the age of 16 when other girls were going to college I got the opportunity to learn the different attributes of television and filmmaking from the queen of television Ekta Kapoor, I learned everything from editing, shooting and how a show it put together.

Writing poems came up from being an introvert as a child. To share my thoughts I used to write poems Luckily got the opportunity to work with some renowned poets and hence upscale my poems and be better in my craft. Being a home chef and now a restaurateur it all comes down again from my childhood when every Sunday my dad used to get stuff from the market and my mum used to cook it so my passion for cooking began then and that led to me being a home chef and 2016 I opened my own restaurant in Mumbai we also did a traveling restaurant in Portugal.

In 2019 I became a mother and gave birth to my beautiful daughter. I gave a water water birth with the help of a midwife. So to sum up the journey has been beautiful from being a shy girl at 16 to growing up to becoming a Chief content officer of Balaji, and I would give all the credit to my parents and Ekta Kapoor my sister, mentor, and guide.

Namita Nayyar:

Being a working mother calls for a lot of discipline & commitment. How do you go about managing the roles?

Chloe Qureshi:

Being a mother requires a lot of discipline and commitment, especially as a mum myself I am very obsessed with my child, but when I moved back to work it was very important to find a balance between motherhood and work life.

Besides being a content producer, I wanted to participate in Mrs India and leave a legacy behind so that required me to be disciplined and sacrifice a lot of things. I pushed myself and in July this year, I was part of the Mrs India contestant as the first pregnant contestant in history.

So I generally start my day early followed by doing meditation and cooking for my family which is very therapeutic for me.

Namita Nayyar:

Series of events that motivated you to participate in the Mrs. India competition 2023. Challenges you faced both at personal & professional levels.

Chloe Qureshi:

I always had this dream and motivation but didn’t ever get the opportunity. It was in 2020 when I had my daughter that I thought that now was the time to live my dream so in 2023 I participated in Mrs. India. Shortly after being through the selection process, I was pregnant and thought of dropping out from the contest but my husband who is my biggest strength motivated me. He said that it is Mrs. India and it’s normal to be pregnant so I discussed it with the owner of the franchise and we decided to go ahead and create history. I completed the competition being 7 months pregnant although it was a tough decision but that is how history was created!

Namita Nayyar:

Congratulations on your victory at the pageant which created history and narrated the unique journey of the modern woman. What was your response to the same and how did it feel to represent motherhood on stage?

Chloe Qureshi:

It was indeed a very empowering journey also required me to be much disciplined as I didn’t know how my body was going to be in the coming months, and that is when I turned to pranic healing and started my spiritual journey. So that was on a personal level.

Besides that, on a professional level, my other work took a backseat as I was occupied with this, also, being in front of the camera I had a lot of stage fright with the baby inside me. Walking in heels I felt nervous but eventually pregnancy is truly powerful, so I went through it all and came out victorious. Representing motherhood on stage was empowering and I finally got to live my dream and leave behind a legacy.

Namita Nayyar:

What kind of diet did you follow during the preparation for the competition one that was healthy for you & pregnancy? Also, what is your present diet pattern? Foods you love to eat & those you keep to a minimum.

Chloe Qureshi:

I follow the pranic style of food and diet, which includes a lot of home-cooked food, I eat a lot of green vegetables, meat, and fibre which is beneficial for both me and my baby. Besides that, I tend to avoid fried food and carbohydrates in my diet. I love chocolate and cheese so I definitely try to have them whenever I can and besides that to maintain a healthy lifestyle I practice meditation and yoga.

Namita Nayyar:

You are a Pranic healer and Arhatic Yoga practitioner. Please share input about the same with your fans & followers.

Chloe Qureshi:

My journey started with Pranic healing many years ago as my friend and spiritual mentor Mr Melwyn Dsouza had started implementing it in our lives, our farm space, and our home at least 6 if not 8 years ago. We all were beyond ecstatic to see its abundantly beautiful results. It amazed me what energy could do and knowing I was always spiritually inclined the beginning of last year finally marked the start for me going on my path.

Arhatic Yoga at a preparatory level is where I am at my journey and in the practice of Pranic healing one must go through rigorous study, understanding, and practice of pranic healing to reach this preparatory stage of Arhatic Yoga (A yoga of synthesis) Needless to say ;

Transitioning into Arhatic Yoga as a practice has changed my life completely for me. The deeper spiritual techniques taught at this stage in pranic healing contribute considerably to easing out our much afflicted mental and emotional bodies which in turn stabilizes the physical body to a great degree, bringing in clarity, peace, calm & quiet that our existence on this planet today is much craved for at the moment by all.

Wherever conducted these practices have seemed to uplift my energies along with the energies of the people around me and the spaces to a certain degree. Enhancing the experience of the same with every passing meditation.

At the mental front –

Techniques practiced in AY have quietened my mind to a great degree. Tackling the various thought forms that we collect in our aura all day long while we weave through work, home, and life. It’s now much easier to process my own thoughts. As most of the random thoughts are flushed out of the system during these practices it gives me more time to connect with my core. More time to generate my own thoughts, and an enhanced connection to the self.

At the emotional front –

The practice of AY helps flush out unwanted thought forms and we correspondingly process less; so there are also fewer emotions to be dealt with, which makes me go through the day being more grounded and less reactive.

On the physical front –

AY has a brilliant effect on the physical body which could be seen in the form of a balanced appetite, improved sleep patterns, a certain lightness, agility, lesser to no aches and pains, and overall renewed physical performance after practicing AY for a while for sure.

Practicing Arhatic Yoga allows one to tune in the Mental / Emotional and physical body for the desired output depending upon what one would like to achieve. The Arhatic Yoga program is an amazingly structured program by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, requiring the application of absolute discipline through this spiritual journey to be able to achieve any transition or progress towards evolving using Arhatic Yoga as a tool.

Consistency, discipline, and clarity of aim and effort are most definitely the mainstay that allows one to explore the full range of this program.

AY as a part of my daily life has made me understand that we have an excellent simplistic everyday tool in our hands to change & tweak ourselves on the inside significantly impacting our lives on the outside. The meditations are definitely deep and keep getting intense with time as we keep shedding more and more revealing the core self-getting connected to refined energies.

Pranic healing has helped a great deal in all my spiritual aspirations and also in my search for insight and wisdom and has brought a sense of meaning and peace as well as a great deal of faith, hope, and compassion into me. It has improved my spiritual well-being and spiritual intelligence.

Namita Nayyar:

Beauty regime you follow for skin & hair care.

Chloe Qureshi:

The beauty regime I go by is minimalism, I believe that less is more and that is what I try to incorporate into my routine, for my haircare I use coconut oil and that’s the very basic I do and even when it comes to makeup I tend to keep it very minimal and basic just putting on some tint and kajal and I am good to go!

Namita Nayyar:

Motivation quote you live by.

Chloe Qureshi:

The motivational quote that I live by is “Live, Laugh, Love, and be loved”, and this is definitely what I stand by spread kindness, spread compassion, and be loved by.

Namita Nayyar:

Define the Role of your husband in your success story.

Chloe Qureshi:

The role of my husband in my success story is topmost because hadn’t he trusted in my dreams, I wouldn’t have reached here, It was because of him that I could achieve all of this, I can genuinely say that he is my best half and my biggest support system and best companion.
