  1. Oats have silica in it which helps the hair.
  2. Wheat grain should be kept in the glass jars otherwise they turn rancid.
  3. Brown rice is a good complex carb except for the fact that it has less zinc.
  4. Quinoa has saponin and needs to be washed in order to remove the bitter taste.
  5. Buckwheat and mullet do not need to be soaked whereas wheat is better to digest when soaked.
  6. Kale cabbage spinach are better when cooked (boiled or steamed) than raw.

  1. Pasteurized milk is high on vitamin A while it is.
  2. Store flaxseed unroasted in an opaque container in the fridge.
  3. Brown rice is more easily digestible when soaked overnight and does not cause discomfort in the bowels.
