Ms. Namita Nayyar

You are known for your roles in fictional drama as well as reality shows, which part has been your personal favorite? Do you plan to be part of more reality shows in the future?

Ms. Neha Marda

Yes, I have been part of both, but my personal favorite would be fictional drama, because that was something I always wanted to do, also on sets, you become part of the entire crew and as a family.

Reality is more like a one-day party, you just go there and do your part, but I definitely would like to explore that side and be part of more reality shows in the future and there are a few in the pipeline as well!

Ms. Namita Nayyar

Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and fitness routines, do you follow any particular diet? What are your favorite in-between-meal snacks?

Ms. Neha Marda

I follow my own curated diet, I know my body type and hence I can decide on what to include in my diet. My favorite snacks would be makahans, also detox water, and love black coffee!

Ms. Namita Nayyar

Many times women feel their careers take a backside post-marriage your take on the same?

Ms.Neha Marda

It depends on women individually I think personally, and I feel it does and it should because your time divides and previously you are single and now you have family, so you definitely should know how to manage is what I feel and moreover you are stepping into marriage by your own choice so you should be aware of what you are going to be part of so either don’t get married or if you do be fully aware of it and be ready for some adjustments.

Ms. Namita Nayyar

Along with physical fitness, mental wellness is also important, how do you keep yourself sane and balanced?

Ms. Neha Marda

I keep it sane by talking it out, I have a few close friends with whom I talk my heart out also I meditate a lot. Also, the most important thing according to me is to talk to my friends and family and don’t let anything keep bothering me.

Ms. Namita Nayyar

Social media is a Boone and bane, how do you deal with trolling and negative comments

Ms.Neha Marda

To be honest, I haven’t gone through it recently. But initially, when I had entered the industry I went through it about how was a bad actor, and regarding my dressing sense, I was taunted for repeating clothes which now maybe be termed as sustainable but previously it was criticized, but I am what I am and I would rather be preferred to be known by the work I bring to the table. Also when my fans say something critical about my scenes and work, I take that in a positive way.

Ms. Namita Nayyar

Lastly, a message for Women Fitness India readers who aim to enter the industry and be an entertainer

Ms. Neha Marda

Fitness is something that can keep you beautiful from the inside as well as outside. Sometimes a person may be healthy fit from the inside but might be chubby from the outside and that should not be a problem when entering the industry I think your work is more important

, however, if you wish to be a model then there might be some requirements, but being an entertainer you just need to do good work and eventually how you look won’t matter that much.
