Cloves, also known as laung in Hindi, is a common spice that can easily be found in every Indian kitchen. Due to its unique flavour and aroma, clove is used in many Asian recipes. Dry roast all the ingredients in a pan until you get the aroma of it. Now grind this into a fine powder and store it in an airtight jar.

Boil 1 tablespoon of this mixture into a glass of water and let it cool down. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and have it empty stomach every morning.
