It is very high in its fiber content and helps to reduce blood sugar levels, lowers cholesterol, and helps with weight loss. It also contains lysine, which is essential for tissue growth and repair.

3. Black Chia

Chia seeds, also known as Salvia Hispanica, are considered one of the most popular superfoods around the globe. These come from a species of flowering plant in mint family and are native to areas of Mexico and Guatemala. These seeds, if properly prepared, can be easily digested. These have many health benefits like it supports healthy skin, enhances oral health, fights cancer growth, balances blood sugar levels, improves heart health, promotes digestive health, boosts energy and exercise performance, etcetera.
