Ms. Shweta Sakharkar:

It feels good to be an influencer and knowing that I somehow inspire people.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Would you like to tell us about the changing scenario of fitness in our country over the years?

Ms. Shweta Sakharkar:

If you consider the over view of the scenario its good and its bad as well. People who understand this sport and this lifestyle and want the best benefit of it, do it the way its supposed to be.

Also people who are impatient and want everything within months use the other way round by excessive use of steroids and wrong ways just because they want it soon, which in the longer run is harmful. Lack of knowledge is what is causing all this. Hoping the best for the industry and the people.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fitness competitors who all are your fans, they shall like to know from you, what they should do for their climb to ladder of success in this field?

Ms. Shweta Sakharkar:

I always practiced and preached the words CREATE YOUR WORTH. Its all about how you do it, how you market yourself in this industry. The content you create is what people look for.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

How do you think has social media helped bring multiple opportunities in the fitness industry?

Ms. Shweta Sakharkar:

Social Media is the thing now, Everything an individual does goes up on social media, I Myself do post about things and events I am a part off, Visibility is the highest on social medias. Hence this got me a lot of offers, features and interviews on my being and my work.
