Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Your character  as Komolika was par excellent, share a memorable incident and how was the experience when playing the role

Ms. Urvashi Dholakia:

Well, the character of Komolika is spanned over seven years. So to take one moment out of it is not going to be fair because I think from the day I started till the day I finished the show every memory has been very memorable. And but I think the closest to my heart would always be the entry scene of Komolika. I think that it has been set in the minds of people to date and it’s been set in my mind as well. So yeah, probably that’s the most, beautiful experience and memorable moment for me. It was my entry my first ever entry as Komolika on the show.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You have been part of both fiction and non-fiction shows, which genre did you enjoy the most and why?

Ms. Urvashi Dholakia

Well, I like doing all kinds of work on television or any other platform be it fiction nonfiction. Obviously, my passion is more towards acting performance. So I prefer fiction over nonfiction. There are certain ideologies of nonfiction today that I don’t really agree with so, yes, it becomes a little bit difficult for me, but I think fiction is something that I really am bent towards more. Though nonfiction is also I mean to say I have done a lot of nonfiction as well. So I’m happy with both.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You are one of the fittest celebrities, share your diet secrets and favorite cuisines. Also once shared you prefer to eat home-cooked foods, share 5 benefits of the same.

Ms. Urvashi Dholakia:

Haha, that’s a wrong notion that I am the fittest, ask my kids and mum they keep asking me to lose weight, however I do not follow any diet the only ritual I follow is to have my dinner by 8:30, and to have lots of water as it helps in cleansing your skin as well.

Rest I enjoy home cooked food, also love sushi and chaat!

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Skincare and haircare tips you swear by considering you always need to look your best on camera. 5 hair care tips for lustrous hair.

Ms. Urvashi Dholakia:

The utmost important thing for skin care is water. Keep your skin hydrated at all times keep having water as much as you can for haircare lots of people like oiling their hair and everything. I do just go the opposite way. I keep coloring my hair every now and then in different colors, but thankfully I Am naturally and genetically blessed that way so obviously try oiling and having your vitamin E does help. And having some nuts at some, you know, I’m at intervals right dry fruits

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

With Valentine’s Day approaching your views on loving oneself before anything else

Ms. Urvashi Dholakia:

I don’t believe that to profess self love you need a particular day. You need to love yourself every day.Every day you wake up in the morning,You need to look at yourself. And say that I love you to yourself. I mean to say you don’t need anybody’s validation for that.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Lastly, you are the epitome of an independent and strong woman, your message for women fitness readers.

Ms. Urvashi Dholakia:

Well, I think I just don’t want women to read this. I want men to read it as well because unfortunately sadly enough I have been a victim to a lot of women trolling me, you always keep saying men anyway troll but women also are no less so what I would want to say is that, I believe in the fact that women should Empower women; women should encourage other women rather than bringing them down because that just goes to show how insecure you are. So why do that, you are self-sufficient. We all are beautiful. We all should be independent. And we all have it in us to be beautifully independent and the encouraging because that’s what a woman is all about encouragement caring nurturing. We are we are known for that. So why do we get the bad side out?
