Healthy Monsoon Bites: Nutritious Snacks for Rainy Weather

After the hot summer days, we eagerly await the monsoon. A hot cup of tea and some lip-smacking snacks is what our taste buds crave during rainy days. It is difficult to resist deep-fried food preparations, but healthy food preparations can be relishing too!

Go ahead and celebrate rainy days with some delicious healthy foodstuffs! But, before that let’s learn about what happens to our gut during the monsoon:

During the moist days, the human gut becomes weak and sluggish. Consuming deep-fried or high-fat foods makes it difficult for the gut to digest such heavy foods. This results in stomach aches, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and nausea. Therefore, it is advised that one should eat light foods that do not contain high amounts of fat and spice.
