When it comes to working out there are a bunch of brands that I really love. I have been wearing Nike since I was very young so that has stuck.
I love brands like Adidas, Alo Yoga and Under Armour as the fit is great and it really helps you have that support when you workout. Apart from these brands, there is Koral which is a US based brand. They have very cool and sexy workout clothes. I also love Splits59 which is again a US based brand.
I feel that LA has got a whole athleisure look set, for eg. Yoga to lunch look. I actually enjoy wearing a lot of west coast brands as they look great no matter where you go, from gym to a coffee date or a lunch date.
Calvin Klien is another brand I really love. Their outfits go a long way and last for a very long time. They are also very comfortable.
When it comes to fashion and couture, I love European brands but when it comes to sports wear and athleisure, I prefer American brands, the fit is great and they are really fun to sport for working out.
I also really like ‘The Pangaia,’ they use sustainable and recyclable elements to make their clothes, natural botanical dyes made from natural sources such as plants. I use it alot for my travels too.
Coming to colours, I love my neutrals. Whether it’s grey, white or black. I like to mix and match my workout clothes and when you dorn odd colours it just stands out. Whereas with neutrals, you can mix and match anything and it still ends up looking great. I love nice hoodies as they are perfect to just throw on when you are getting in and out of the gym. You don’t want to look indecent, so I love my hoodies.
For shoes, I love ASICS for running, and switch them with Balenciaga for when I want a sporty look but don’t need to work out. Talking about accessories, I absolutely love the misho airpod earrings.
