Healthy Smoothies For A Post Workout Meal

Recipe 1. Watermelon Mint Smoothie

Chef: Sahaurya Veer Kapoor, Cafe Hawkers

Ingredients

  • ½  Cup of water melon
  • 1/3 Cup of freezed pineapple cubes
  • 4 Ounce of  Coconut water
  • 3-4 Mint leaves

Direction

  • Pour coconut water in blender
  • Add watermelon pieces and frozen pineapplecubes
  • Blend it until  Smooth
  • Garnish with some fresh mint leaves

Recipe 2. Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

Chef: Sahaurya Veer Kapoor, Cafe Hawkers

Ingredients

  • One Banana
  • 2 Kiwi
  • ½ cup  plain yogurt
  • 1/3  soya milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberry

Direction

  • First pour the soya milk into the blender
  • Add all the fruits together and blend it until smooth and creamy texture.
  • Spread chia seeds for crunchy- munchy sip.

Recipe 3. Blueberry Smoothie

Chef: Sahaurya Veer Kapoor, Cafe Hawkers

Ingredients

  • 1  Cup of Almond Milk
  • ½  Cup fat free Yogurt
  • ½  Cup  strawberries
  • ¼  Cup blueberries
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup spinach
  •  ½  of a banana

Direction

  • Pour almond milk  in blender
  • Add some ice cubes and add all the ingredient into blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and garnish with some mint leaves.

Recipe 4. Mix Fruit Cooler

Chef: Naresh Kapoor, Gola Sizzler’s

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup oats milk
  • 1tsp peanut butter

Direction

  • Pour oats milk into the blender
  • Add all the delicious and healthy fruits together and blend it until smooth and fine texture.
  • Add peanut butter  and give its a last blend.
  • Serve it in your favorite  glass.

Recipe 5. Orange Chunkey

Chef: Naresh Kapoor, Gola Sizzler’s

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup peeled orange
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1tsp oats

Directions

  • Pour almond milk into the blender.
  • Put all the fruits together blend until smooth and fine paste.
  • Serve it fresh
