Ingredients
- 2 packets (400 ml) mango fruity drink
- 4 tsp gelatin, ½ cup water
- 250 gm cream, 5½ tbsp. sugar
- 1 mango – cut into tiny neat cubes, (optional) (if available)
- a few drops of yellow colour
Instructions
- Mix gelatin in a heavy bottomed pan with water. Heat on slow fire to dissolve it. Keep aside.
- In a separate pan mix mango fruity and sugar. Keep on fire for a few minutes to dissolve sugar. Remove from fire.
- Add the gelatin solution to the luke warm fruity. Cool.
- Chill in the freezer, till thick but not set.
- Beat the thickened fruity. Add cream and yellow colour.
- Freeze till partially set. Beat once again. Freeze till firm.
- Sprinkle neatly cut mango pieces. Refrigerate till serving time.
