Ingredients
- 300 gms (4 medium) guavas (amrood)
- 4 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp kala namak (rock salt) – optional
- 2 glasses water – chilled
- 5-6 ice cubes – crushed
Instructions
- Wash & cut guava into small cubes.
- Put the guava pieces & sugar with ½ glass water & blend it in a grinder.
- Strain the guava pulp.
- Add the remaining water (1½ glass), kala namak & crushed ice.
- Serve in small juice glasses.
