Ingredients
- 4-5 red ripetomatos
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt or to taste
- 3 cups water - chilled
- 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
Instructions
- Blend tomatoes with sugar and ½ chilled cup water to a puree in a blender.
- Strain the puree. Add the remaining water and mix well.
- Add salt & pepper to taste. Chill the juice.
- Serve chilled, garnished with some chopped mint leaves in small juice glasses.
