Ingredients2 large tomato, boiled and crushed 4-5 green chilies 1 teaspoon salt
- Boil tomato,
- Crush and grind with green chilies in stone mortar.
- Add salt and mix well to give a thick past of tomato achar.
- Serve with momo or plain rice
