Ingredients
- 1 apple
- ½ tin milk-maid (condensed milk)
- 1½ tsp vanilla essence
- 200 gm cream
- 2 tsp heaped gelatin
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1¼ cup (200 ml) water
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 chocolate – peeled to get flakes , to garnish
Instructions
- Mix gelatin in ½ cup water. Heat on slow fire till it dissolves.
- Beat condensed milk in a pan till creamy.
- Grate unpeeled apple and sprinkle lemon juice over it.
- To be condensed milk, add 1¼ cups water, sugar, gelatin solution and grated apple. Mix well.
- Chill in the freezer till the mixture is thick.
- Beat well. Add essence and cream. Set in a freezer.
- When set, remove from freezer and garnish with chocolate flakes. Keep in the fridge till serving time.
