Enjoy the cold ice cream wrapped up in a warm crunchy covering, during winters
Ingredients
- 8 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
- 1 cup corn flakes- crushed, or desiccated coconut
- oil for frying
- ½ cup maida (plain flour)
Instructions
- Chill the ice-cream scoops in the freezer till very hard.
- To prepare the batter, combine the flour with ½ cup of water. Mix well.
- Heat oil in the kadhai.
- Dip the hardened ice-cream scoops in the batter and roll into the crushed corn flakes or desiccated coconut.
- Deep fry in oil for a just a few seconds. Serve immediately.
