Ingredients
- ½ cup boiled spaghetti
- 4-6 flakes garlic – crushed
- 1 onion finely – chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or coriander
- 2 green chillies – deseeded & chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2½ tbsp. flour
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup maida
- 1/3 cup water
Instructions
- Heat butter. Add garlic and onion. Cook on low heat till onions turn soft. Do not brown. Add green chillies.
- Add flour. Stir on low heat for a minute. Remove from heat. Add parsley.
- Add milk. Mix well & cook on medium flame, stirring constantly till thick.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Add boiled spaghetti and cook further till very thick and lumpy. Remove from fire and cool.
- Make balls only after the mixture turns cold.
- Heat oil till medium hot.
- Dip each ball in the coating batter prepared from maida & water mixed together and deep fry 3-4 pieces at a time, to a golden brown colour.
