Ingredients
- 2” piece ginger – grated to extract 2 tbsp juice
- ¾ tsp kala namak (rock salt)
- 6 tsp powdered sugar
- 8-10 mint leaves – chopped
- 3 bottles of soda – chilled
- 6-8 ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash & grate unpeeled ginger. Squeeze through a muslin cloth to extract approximately, 1tbsp juice.
- Mix lemon juice, ginger juice, kala namak, powdered sugar & mint leaves in a pan & keep in the fridge.
- At serving time, put ice cubes in tall glasses.
- Open soda bottles & add to the ginger & lemon juice in the pan. Pour over ice & serve immediately.
