Ingredients
- 1½ cups thick curd
- ½ cup finely chopped mint (poodina) leaves
- ¼ tsp kala namak
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 green chilli – chopped finely
- ¼ tsp bhuna jeera (roasted cumin seeds) – powdered roughly
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
Instructions
- Beat the curd well till absolutely smooth.
- Wash mint leaves thoroughly & chop finely.
- Add the chopped mint leaves and all the other ingredients to the beaten curd. Transfer to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle some bhuna jeera & red chilli powder.
