Ingredients
- ½ kg (2½cups) curd
- 1 small fresh anaar (pomegranate) – 1 cup anar ke dane
- ½ tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp bhuna jeera – powdered
- 2 small boiled potatoes – cut into slices
- 1 tbsp imli (tamarind) chutney
- a few fresh coriander leaves – to garnish
Instructions
- Beat the curd well till absolutely smooth.
- Remove danas from anaar. Remove the yellow part carefully. Keep 1tbsp anaar aside for garnishing.
- Add the anaar, salt jeera & red chilli powder to the beaten curd. Transfer to a serving dish. Surround the dish with potato slices.
- Pour a little chutney on a potato slices. Arrange a small bunch of whole coriander leaves in the centre. Surround with anaar ke dane.
