Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped dhania (coriander) – chopped along with stem
- ½ cup poodina (mint) leaves
- 1 green chilli
- ¼ tsp roasted jeera, ½ tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp amchoor, 1 tsp sugar
- 5-6 small sized potatoes – boiled
- ½” piece ginger – grated thickly
Instructions
- Boil & peel potatoes. Cut into 1” pieces. Keep aside.
- Wash leaves thoroughly. Mix all ingredients of the chutney & grind to a thick paste with about 1 tbsp water, just enough to grind.
- Mix potatoes with chutney. Garnish with grated ginger.
