Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage – shredded (cut into thin long strips)
- 2 carrots – shredded (cut into match sticks)
- 3-4 green chillies – shredded (cut into thin long strips)
- 1 capsicum – shredded (cut into thin long strips)
- 1 tsp oil
- ½ tsp ajinomoto – optional
- ½ tsp red chilli powder, salt to taste
- Mix together
- ½ cup water
- 2 level tbsp. cornflour
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2½ - 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
Instructions
- Shred all vegetables into thin long strips.
- Heat oil in a large work or a non-stick kadhai. Add carrots, cook for 1 minute.
- Add cabbage, capsicum and green chillies. Stir fry for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Add salt & ajinomoto.
- Add all the ingredients mixed together for the sauce. Stir fry on slow fire for 2-3 minutes till almost dry, but not completely dry.
- Serve hot, sprinkled with red chilli powder.
