Fun Fruit & Chocolate Canapes
Ingredients:
- Fresh cream- 200 ml
 - Chopped Chocolate or chocolate chips- 200 gms
 - Orange zest- 2 tsp
 - Chopped Apple- 1
 - Chopped Banana- 1
 - Chopped Pear- 1
 - Orange juice- 1/4th cup
 - Cinnamon powder- 1/2 tsp
 - Canapés- 20 pieces
 
Method
- Heat the fresh cream in a pan. Once it starts to bubble from the sides, add the chocolate chips. Keep stirring on low heat till the chocolate melts.
 - Add the orange zest to it & mix well. Add the ganache to the pipping bag.
 - Dice the fruits (apple,banana,pears)
 - Mix them in a bowl & add orange juice to prevent them from browning & to bump up the flavour. Also add the cinnamon powder and give it a final mix.
 - Pipe the chocolate ganache in the canapés. Top with the fruit mixture & serve at room temperature or cold.

Fruit Cake
Ingredients
- 180 gm Butter
 - 180 gm Sugar
 - 2 tbsp Tutti fruiti
 - 1 tsp Vanilla essence
 - 180 gm Flour
 - 4 Eggs
 - ¼ cup Almonds, chopped
 - ¼ cup walnuts chopped
 - ¼ cup Tutti fruiti
 
Process
- In a mixing bowl, add butter, sugar, tutti fruiti and mix well till the butter change the colour.
 - Add vanilla essence, flour and mix well, add egg and mix well.
 - Add almonds, walnuts, tutti fruiti mix well by cut and fold method.
 - Grease the mould with butter and place butter papper.
 - Pour the batter into the mould and bake it at 165 to 170 for 40 minutes.
 - Dust icing sugar over the cake. Let cool a bit. Cut and serve.
